INVITE HEALTH, INC. (EIN 13-3910980) operates myhealthyhomecare.com under the name INVITE HEALTH, INC. Set out below is every category of personal information the site collects, the purpose each is put to, and the rights you hold over it. It is written to be read rather than to be skimmed past.

What we collect

Three kinds of information, and no more than each purpose needs:

• What you tell us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and a mobile number if you ask for texts.
